What is the Tracker?
The Tracker allows you to easily record your meals and snacks, water intake, exercise, weight changes and much more!
Tracker features:
- Log your food intake and exercise
- See the quality of calories
- Count your macros: protein, fats, carbs
- Analyze your sugar intake
- Track your sleep, mood, and hunger levels
- Enter your recipes and & see their nutritional value!
- Seamlessly integrated with Apple Health
How to use the Tracker
- Tap the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the page
- Select a category.
- Tap the Add button at the bottom of the page to add it to your Today view.
To add an item to your Tracker for another day, press the arrows at the top of the Tracker screen to select your desired day.
To add a food to the Tracker:
- Tap the plus (+) icon and select Food
- Search for the food by typing in the name in the search bar, OR Use the scanning button to search for the product barcode, OR find the food in the Recent, My Foods, My Meals or My Recipes views
- Enter the serving size and meal information
- Press Add and then Done
After you have added to the Tracker, view your Daily Summary to review the nutritional content of your meals and snacks, uncover patterns, and reach your health goals.

How to use the Tracker
