Can I see my progress in the app?
Yes, once you set up your health goals and metrics in the app, you can review your changes over time using the My Progress feature.
Features:
- Body and Food changes over time (weekly, monthly)
- Enter your desired data to track (weight, waist, cholesterol, calories, carbs, and much more!)
- Easily update and view your progress to stay motivated
Setting Up:
To track your progress, make sure to set up a starting point and goal in the app:
- Open the app
- Press the profile icon (top left corner)
- Select Dietary Profile
- Input your starting/goal weight, target date, and/or nutrient tracking goals
- Select Measurements
- Input your desired data to track (optional)
View My Progress:
- Open the Tracker
- Tap on the bar graph icon (middle left side of the screen)
- Tap My Progress and select Body or Food.
- Select the arrow button under Body or Food to change the parameter you wish to view
Update Your Progress:
- Open the app
- Press the "+" icon
- Select Weight or Measure to input your measurements
- Press Update
