What are Food Points in the Fooducate app?
Our Food Points system is very similar to other leading points systems where you have a daily allotment based on your dietary goals and needs. Food products are also assigned Food Points - the fewer the points, the better they are suited for weight loss.
Food Points are calculated based on the amount of:
- Protein
- Carbs
- Fat
- Fiber
Keep in mind: Products can get ZERO Food Points to encourage you to consume more fresh fruits and vegetables!
To keep track of your daily Food Points in your Tracker, please do the following:
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on the Dietary Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom to Default daily summary
- Select Foodpoints.
