The Meal Analysis feature allows you to visualize essential nutrition metrics for each meal of the day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. By leveraging these insights, you can make informed decisions about your diet and work towards achieving your health and wellness goals.
How to find Meal Analysis
In the Tracker, tap the circular icon to the right of one of your logged meals. This will open the Meal Analysis screen.
Nutrition Metrics
Based on the selected view, the following nutrition metrics will be displayed:

Total Calories - This includes the calories from all entries of the same meal type (in case there are multiple entries for a specific meal).

Food Grades - The average Food Grade is calculated by consolidating the information between multiple entries of the same meal type.
Nutrition Analysis - PRO Feature

Macronutrient percentage breakdown - Displays the percentage distribution of macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbohydrates) for the selected meal.

Macronutrient progress rings - A visual representation of your progress towards daily macronutrient goals for the selected meal.

Calories and Nutrient Breakdown - This feature shows the calorie content and the nutrient breakdown.
Carbohydrate Analysis - PRO Feature
This feature provides an in-depth analysis of your carbohydrate intake for the selected meal.
