As long as Fooducate has been given access to your iOS camera, it should do all of the work for you.
If you encounter issues while trying to scan a label, there are a few things you can try.
- Increase the light level in the room. Many device cameras may require a bright room to scan efficiently.
- Remove sources of light glare on the barcode.
- Make sure the barcode is intact and the print is not distorted or missing.
- Update your device to the latest iOS version.
